Through gentle exploration and playful practice, you'll learn how your feet work, how they handle pressure, and how they speak to the rest of your body when you slow down enough to listen. We'll practice a lovely self-massage technique, experiment with balance poses that make us laugh and lean, and give our toes permission to stop death-gripping the mat.
