Join us for a Mother’s Day "sound bath" workshop, honoring the divine feminine within us all. Participants lay in restful postures and allow the vibrations of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments to wash over them. Invite your nervous system to slow down and ease into the energy of the season.
You don’t have to be a mother or with your mother for this workshop.
Come as you are. All are welcome. Purchase a $35 workshop pass and then reserve your spot! Reserve your spot & learn more here.
Attend a workshop → Save $15 off a 10 Class Pass. Available for only 48 hours after the workshop you attend. Please email admin@foreverwild.yoga to redeem.
In this workshop, watercolors and paper sit right beside your mat. After each pose, you pick up a brush and let color do what words can't. No technique, no plan, no judgment about what it looks like. Just color moving across paper, following whatever the body has to say.
This workshop is appropriate for beginners and all levels. All art supplies are included.

This workshop is for mothers in all stages—whether you're in the thick of early motherhood, navigating the middle years, or holding space for adult children. If you're tired of running on empty, this practice will fill your cup. Through slow, supported movement, conscious breathwork, and guided meditation, we'll guide your nervous system from doing mode into deep rest. After our restorative practice, we gather with tea and a chance to connect with other mothers who understand what you're carrying.

Sink into restorative yoga poses, fully supported by bolsters, blocks, and blankets, while crystal singing bowls are played around you. And then something a little more ethereal is offered. Karen Ann, an intuitive medium, will channel messages and offer energy work to the group, meeting each person where they are at.

Have you ever wanted to hike Mt Katahdin but didn’t feel like you had quite enough knowledge about what route to take or what to pack or just didn’t want to do it alone? Or maybe the idea of figuring out meals and food quantities just didn’t sound like fun? If so, then this is the perfect adventure for you! Learn more here.
This is a fun day-camp experience for kids who love aerial yoga and want to do more! Please sign up your child for one aerial class prior to signing them up for the week to ensure that they know what it feels like to be in an aerial hammock.
During this week kids will spend an hour at a time playing in the hammocks, alternating with fun field games outside at the town green or in the studio. The week will culminate with a short choreographed performance for adults on Friday afternoon so the kids can show their adults all the fun flips and tricks they have learned. Learn more here.
