Our 3-day Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is designed for anyone interested in deepening their aerial yoga practice, whether or not you're already a yoga instructor. The training covers safety, proper alignment, modifications, and sequencing, with a focus on clear cueing and fun learning. Through gentle exploration and playful practice, you'll learn how your feet work, how they handle pressure, and how they speak to the rest of your body when you slow down enough to listen. We'll practice a lovely self-massage technique, experiment with balance poses that make us laugh and lean, and give our toes permission to stop death-gripping the mat. You'll turn your feet in, turn them out, notice the calluses and quirks, and discover how the smallest shifts ripple through your entire body. 

This workshop is appropriate for beginners and all levels.

Restorative Workshop for Mothers

In this gentle practice, we create space for mothers to simply be—not to achieve, not to produce, not to care for anyone else. Through slow, supported movement, conscious breathwork, and guided meditation, we'll guide your nervous system from doing mode into deep rest. This is yoga as medicine for the mother's body—the one that's been touched out, wrung out, poured out. After our restorative practice, we'll gather in connection over nourishing herbal tea and baked goods crafted specifically for mothers by Tina from Greenmother's Gift.

Teacher Training: Kids Aerial Yoga

Teacher Training: Kids Aerial Yoga

If you are interested in learning the tools to lead a fun and safe kids aerial yoga class this training is for you. This training covers youth specific aerial yoga including flips and tricks and safety considerations with kids including but not limited to kid specific group management, sequencing and modifications.

Our training emphasizes safety and fun with clear, concise cueing and sequencing. Aerial Yoga Poses are broken down into digestible steps including modifications and considerations. During the weekend students will also have time to practice teaching to their classmates. Students are asked to observe public kids classes at the studio and create an aerial yoga sequence to teach kids.

Kids Summer Camp July 2026

Kids Summer Camp July 2026

This is a fun day-camp experience for kids who love aerial yoga and want to do more! Please sign up your child for one aerial class prior to signing them up for the week to ensure that they know what it feels like to be in an aerial hammock. 

During this week kids will spend an hour at a time playing in the hammocks, alternating with fun field games outside at the town green or in the studio. The week will culminate with a short choreographed performance for adults on Friday afternoon so the kids can show their adults all the fun flips and tricks they have learned. Learn more here.
