This is a fun day-camp experience for kids who love aerial yoga and want to do more! Please sign up your child for one aerial class prior to signing them up for the week to ensure that they know what it feels like to be in an aerial hammock.
During this week kids will spend an hour at a time playing in the hammocks, alternating with fun field games outside at the town green or in the studio. The week will culminate with a short choreographed performance for adults on Friday afternoon so the kids can show their adults all the fun flips and tricks they have learned. Learn more here.
Connect with nature, gather in community in Brunswick, Maine for an evening of reflection, connection, and ritual honoring the wisdom of the full moon. This women's circle weaves nature connection, a grounding meditation, and collaborative mandala creation into a night of renewal beneath July's Buck Moon.
It is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the rhythms of the earth, the moon, and ourselves, cultivating a space to recharge and feel renewed beneath the energy of the moon. Together, we'll explore the moon as a nature guide and learn how to attune its lunar energies to our own inner cycles.
Come as you are. All Women welcome. Purchase a $35 workshop pass and then reserve your spot here!

Join us for a Hatha yoga workshop, a slow and alignment-based practice that invites you to meet each posture with breath and presence.
In this workshop we will move deliberately through classic yoga postures, holding each one long enough to explore the conversation between body, mind, and breath. This practice is ideal for anyone who wants to slow down, refine their alignment, and deepen their connection to the foundations of yoga. Whether you are new to the mat or a longtime practitioner, there is room here to grow.

Lay in an aerial hammock, cocooned and gently swaying above the ground, while being guided through the Yoga Nidra meditation. Crystal singing bowls are played during the meditation to help clear energy and further nourish the body and soul while you are guided into rest. One hour of this practice can be as restful and rejuvenating as 4 hours of regular sleep. Learn more and reserve your hammock for Floating Yoga Nidra here.

Book Club is back on Monday, August 31st at 6:15pm, and this month's read dives into something relatable.
Shannon and Gila are leading the discussion on Stolen Focus: Why You Can't Pay Attention and How to Think Deeply Again by Johann Hari. Hari spent years interviewing the world's leading attention experts and found that our distraction isn't a lack of willpower but intentionally designed. Powerful forces are profiting from our scattered minds and its time to reclaim our focus.
It's free and open to all. All are welcome. Come as you are. RSVP here.
