Kids Aerial Yoga Parties & Events
Does your child have a birthday coming up? Let us host your child’s next birthday party of up to 6 kids or teens at our studio for a special aerial yoga celebration!
Parties are 1 hour long. Please inquire for pricing. We ask that everyone arrive 15 min early for parents to sign waivers and for the instructor to adjust the hammocks to each child's height.
We can custom make a playlist of music for the birthday kiddo during the class and we also have a very comfortable lounge are that you are welcome to use for cupcakes or presents before or after the class.
This is a fun way for kids to celebrate together. There is always a lot of laughter and playful exploration is encouraged! Every pose is 'challenge by choice' and kids can decide what feels best for them as they build confidence.

Please email us with your desired date for the party and the name and age of your child.
You will need to create an account so we can assign you a pass.
Add your child to your account and their birth date and year.
Once you have an account we can send you a link for payment.

Aerial parties and events are appropriate for ages 6 and up.

Aerial Yoga parties and events are generally 1 hour long.
Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early so guardians can sign waivers. If not all guardians will be dropping kids off please let us know so we can email a link to the waiver for kids to bring with them pre-signed.

Your child should wear comfortable clothing free of snaps, zips, or exposed buckles that could snag on the hammock. They should also wear pants, like leggings or sweatpants to cover their skin as they move in the yoga fabric.
Please make sure your child’s feet are clean before getting into the aerial hammocks.
If your child has long hair please make sure it is tied back.
Please remove any watches, jewelry or bracelets that may snag on the hammock fabric.

Bring a water bottle with a lid and yourself! We provide yoga mats. Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can complete the liability waiver and we can fit the fabric to your child’s height.
