Own Your Intuition Yoga Retreat
Rooted in Nature
October 2-4, 2026, Rangeley, ME
This is a small-group retreat in the mountains and lakeside wilderness of Rangeley, Maine. It is structured as time to slow down, drop into your body, and start listening again to yourself. Learn and practice simple tools to tap into your intuition and tap into the frequency of your spirit. Reground in nature and get grounded in your body through movement, (yoga and hiking) breathwork and energy work.
This retreat focuses not just on physical movement but also energetic movement. Sometimes energetic alignment is achieved with physical yoga poses. Sometimes with the movement of breath. Sometimes with the vibration of a sound bath or essential oils. And sometimes we need to be heard and witnessed and have someone hold grounded energy so our own spirit can move back into the right frequency and find flow.
We'll move through morning yoga and breathwork, walk to a mountaintop or sit quietly at the water's edge, explore the language of your own energy, and gather around a table of gourmet food each evening. And if you want it, a private session with Leah to channel guidance on something specific you're navigating.
This is not about fixing anything. You are not broken. This is about coming back to the part of you that already knows the way.
When we are in flow life is easier, decisions are easier and we are able to react and respond with more clarity and ease. Learn and practice simple tools during this weekend and get guidance from Leah to trust your vibes and get into a flow state. Spending time in nature is one of the best ways to get grounded and in touch with yourself. When we are able to be present with our surroundings and connect with the energy of the things infront of us it helps us be present and hear our own intuition. Being outside helps to bring us into the present. Breath helps to link the heart and mind back into the present moment where we receive our clearest guidance. Aromatherapy & Sound Baths can help shift stuck energy.
You'll have simple, practiced tools to access your intuition long after the weekend ends. A body that remembers how to be grounded. And a clearer signal when something is a yes versus a slow, quiet no. The mountain air helps. So does the food. But the real work happens when your nervous system finally exhales and your inner voice gets a little more room.
Leah will help lead you through simple but profound and impactful exercises each day to reconnect with you inner voice and the energetic world around you.
Participants Will:
Leave feeling more in alignment with themselves and in energetic flow.
Don’t need to be ‘outdoorsy’ or own the ‘right’ gear
Only need to take a weekend off
Often come by themselves
No yoga or energy work experience needed
