Own Your Intuition Yoga Retreat

Rooted in Nature

October 2-4, 2026, Rangeley, ME

This is a small-group retreat in the mountains and lakeside wilderness of Rangeley, Maine. It is structured as time to slow down, drop into your body, and start listening again to yourself. Learn and practice simple tools to tap into your intuition and tap into the frequency of your spirit. Be grounded in your body through movement, (yoga and hiking) Be grounded in your spirit through breath and energy work. Time in nature is one of the most powerful ways to reconnect with yourself, and presence with the world around you opens the door to your own inner voice.

This retreat focuses not just on physical movement but also energetic movement. Sometimes energetic alignment happens with physical yoga poses. Sometimes with the movement of breath. Sometimes in the vibration of a sound bath or the scent of an essential oil. And sometimes, we simply need to be heard and witnessed, to have someone hold grounded energy so our own spirit can move back into the right frequency and find flow.

Participants Will:

  • Leave with simple, practiced tools to access intuition long after the weekend ends

  • A body that remembers how to be grounded

  • A clearer signal when something is a yes versus a slow, quiet no

  • Don’t need to be ‘outdoorsy’ or own the ‘right’ gear

  • Only need to take a weekend off

  • Often come by themselves

  • No experience needed

All are welcome—come reground and renew! Arrival between 5-6PM on Friday, departure on Sunday. Price includes, lodging, catered meals, daily adventures, yoga practice, individual coaching & social hour.

If you have questions before registering, reach out here. Leah is happy to talk through what this weekend is, what it isn't, and whether it's the right fit for where you are right now.

Leah will help lead you through simple but profound and impactful exercises each day to reconnect with your inner voice and the energetic world around you. This is not about fixing anything. It is about relearning what your body already knows. The mountain air helps. So does the food. But the real work happens when your nervous system finally exhales and your inner voice gets a little more room.

We will gather around a table of gourmet food each evening.  And if you want it, you can arrange a private session with Leah to channel guidance on something specific you're navigating.

Being outside helps to bring us into the present. Breath helps to link the heart and mind back into the present moment where we receive our clearest guidance.

This retreat is appropriate for the novice and experienced practitioner.

Currently all participants are required to provide proof of an at home COVID negative test 48 hrs before start date, regardless of vaccination status.
