Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Level 1
November 13-15, 2026
You fell in love with flying. Now let's teach you to share it, safely.
You know the feeling. The moment your feet leave the ground, your spine lengthens into the hammock, and something in you exhales for the first time all week. You've felt what this practice does, not just for your body, but for your whole nervous system. And now you're ready to give that same gift to someone else.
"The training was fun and insightful. It really made my confidence soar, and all I want to do is swing in a hammock and share that joy with others." (Angie, AYTT Level 1 graduate)
That's the heart of this training. You'll leave knowing how to cue a pose, spot a student, and teach a safe class. But just as importantly, you'll leave trusting yourself to hold a room the way your own teacher once held one for you: with clarity, presence, and a whole lot of joy.
Who This Training Is For
You've felt the benefits of aerial yoga, and now you want to build your confidence and knowledge possibly teach others.

You want real teaching experience with mentorship and structure, not just a certificate.

Why Train With Forever Wild
Leah Titcomb is the leading aerial yoga teacher trainer in Maine, one of only a handful offering this training anywhere in New England. But what really sets this training apart isn't the credential. It's what it teaches beyond the physical.
Everything we do physically, we're also doing energetically and emotionally, and that's just as true for teaching as it is for practicing. This training goes beyond alignment and rigging to cover the parts most programs skip entirely: how to read the energy of a room before you say a word, how to teach to that energy rather than against it, how to energetically clear yourself after a full day of holding space for students, and how to care for someone's emotional safety with the same seriousness you bring to their physical safety.
You'll also train with a studio that teaches multiple styles of aerial yoga, not just aerial flow, so you graduate with a well-rounded perspective on how to lead classes that are safe, fun, and genuinely inclusive.
Because this training is intentionally small (just 6 spots, one per hammock) you're never competing for attention. Every question gets answered. Every wobble gets worked through, together.
"Leah is so generous with her knowledge and expertise, and we feel her passion for aerial yoga in everything she does. She fosters a very nice learning environment. Appreciated the small group learning. Clear emphasis on aerial benefits and differences vs. regular yoga." (Viviane, AYTT Level 1 graduate)
