Join us on the town green by the Gazebo! Leah will be offering a free outdoor yoga class at 10am and then we will be offering free aerial yoga demos all day long. Move, breathe, and enjoy the merriment of summer during the Brunswick OutdoorArts Festival!

The 10am Free Yoga Class is a regular mat class. Roll out your mat or towel on the town green, feel the summer breeze on your skin, and settle into your breath. Move slowly, notice what your body is asking for. Whether you've never tried yoga or you have a regular practice, all are welcome. We'll begin with breathwork and a short meditation to help you settle in and get grounded. From there we move through a gentle flow of floor stretches, twists, balance postures, and hip openers, with modifications throughout so you can choose your own adventure based on what feels right.

We will also have an aerial yoga hammock set up for anyone to try out and play in! Come check out what aerial yoga looks like during our demos all day long and see what it feels like for yourself!
