Women’s Canoeing & Yoga
Rangeley, Maine
2027 Dates Coming in the winter.
Join our newsletter to be the first to know.
Listen to the loons, feel the summer sun on the water, and center yourself in the canoe. Over two nights in the mountains and lakes region of Rangeley, you'll paddle guided adventures by day, practice yoga twice daily, and let someone else handle the logistics and the meals. No canoe experience needed. No gear to own. Just a weekend to reset, relax and play.
You'll learn to feel balanced and steady whether you're paddling stern or bow, passing the snacks, or riding over a wave. Practice paddle technique and body positioning, and maybe even play around balancing on the gunwales. Then come back to a warm bed in a classic Maine cabin and food made fresh by our personal retreat chef.
Participants Will:
Leave feeling refreshed, centered and re-grounded
Don’t need to own a canoe or gear
Only need to take a weekend off
Often come by themselves
Don't need to be canoe or yoga ‘experts'
Enjoy time to relax by the water
Sleep in a warm bed
Sit quietly by the water, laugh as you do yoga in your canoe, breathe deeply during your yoga practice and enjoy the company of others on guided canoe adventures.
What We Eat:
Three gourmet meals a day, hors d'oeuvres and tea and wine are served and included.
At this time we are able to accommodate vegetarians and wheat free dietary restrictions. If you have an allergy or dietary need outside of vegetarian or wheat-free please let us know and we will work with you to provide what we can and let you know what you may need to bring to supplement meals.
Where we Stay:
Red Quill Cabin sits in the heart of Rangeley, Maine. Think real beds, full bathroom, kitchen and woodstove to keep you cozy. The rooms are shared, two people per room. You don't have to rough it to go deep. This is classic Maine comfort. Nature is the container. The cabin is the refuge.

“This retreat was such a relaxing and restorative adventure! I really enjoyed the small group size and felt so taken care of from start to finish. I especially appreciated the way Leah told us what to expect at each turn so that we could prepare accordingly without too much guesswork. The paddling instruction was wonderful and I feel so much more confident in a canoe now! The yoga instruction and singing bowls were also lovely.”
