Breathe in the mountain air, feel the quiet of the woods settle around you, and let the trail carry you somewhere restful. Over a weekend of guided hikes through the Maine woods and mountains, you'll practice yoga in nature, bask in aromatherapy, and come back each night to a warm bed in a classic Maine cabin and food made fresh by our personal retreat chef. Arrival between 5-6PM on Friday, departure on Sunday. All are welcome. Come reground and renew.
Participants Will:
Leave feeling refreshed, renewed and re-grounded
Don’t need to be ‘outdoorsy’ or own the ‘right’ gear
Only need to take a weekend off
Often come by themselves
Don't need to be 'yoga experts'
Each day moves with the natural rhythms of your body. We facilitate two yoga practices and a short reflection meditation daily: an energizing morning practice to open the day, a midday meditation woven into our hike, and a restorative evening practice to unwind. Every practice is tailored to the season and to the day's adventure on the trail.
What We Eat:
Three gourmet meals a day, hors d'oeuvres and tea and wine are served and included.
At this time we are able to accommodate vegetarians and wheat free dietary restrictions. If you have an allergy or dietary need outside of vegetarian or wheat-free please let us know and we will work with you to provide what we can and let you know what you may need to bring to supplement meals.
Where we Stay:
Red Quill Cabin sits in the heart of Rangeley, Maine. Think real beds, full bathroom, kitchen and woodstove to keep you cozy. The rooms are shared, two people per room. You don't have to rough it to go deep. This is classic Maine comfort. Nature is the container. The cabin is the refuge.
Arrival between 5-6PM on Friday, departure on Sunday.

“Leah takes care of all the details, so all I have to do is show up. The best kind of retreat. Plentiful food, simple and adequate accommodations, a small group, and four yoga sessions! I appreciate Leah sharing her experience and knowledge about using essential oils. They added so much to the weekend. I learned so much! This weekend is a wonderful balance of sweat-inducing yoga and hiking, and plenty of time to recover and relax.” -Past Retreat Participant
“This retreat is not just a couple of yoga classes and a walk in the woods. It is an emotional, physical, educational and empathetic adventure shared with a small community of like-minded souls. I learned so much this weekend on how to focus and care for myself and my body and spiritual needs and were given new tools and experiences to do so.......use of essential oils, daily animal card readings, crystal singing bowls.” Past Retreat Participant
