You should wear comfortable clothing free of snaps, zips, or exposed buckles that could snag on the hammock. You should also wear pants, like leggings or sweatpants to cover your skin as you move in the yoga fabric.
Make sure your feet clean before getting into the aerial hammocks. Sock are not worn in the hammocks for safety reasons.
If you have long hair please make sure it is tied back.
Please remove any watches, jewelry or bracelets that may snag on the hammock fabric.
