This workshop is for mothers in all stages—whether you're in the thick of early motherhood, navigating the middle years, or holding space for adult children. If you're tired of running on empty, this practice will fill your cup. Imagine setting down the weight of constant demand. Just for 90 minutes. Just for you.
In this gentle practice, we create space for mothers to simply be—not to achieve, not to produce, not to care for anyone else. Through slow, supported movement, conscious breathwork, and guided meditation, we'll guide your nervous system from doing mode into deep rest. This is yoga as medicine for the mother's body—the one that's been touched out, wrung out, poured out.
As your body softens into bolsters and blankets, your nervous system learns it's safe to let go. Safe to receive. Safe to soften.
After our restorative practice, we'll gather in connection over nourishing herbal tea and baked goods crafted specifically for mothers by Tina from Greenmother's Gift. These aren't ordinary treats—they're infused with nervine herbs like lemon balm, chamomile, and rose that calm anxiety, support sleep, and rebuild depleted nerves. Every sip and bite is an act of restoration.
You'll experience:
Gentle restorative yoga sequences to release tension
Breathwork and meditation for nervous system regulation
Herbal tea blends that soothe stress and support emotional wellbeing
Nourishing baked goods infused with mother-supporting herbs
Connection with other mothers in a held, sacred space
Everything is provided—just bring yourself. No yoga experience needed. This workshop requires a $35 workshop pass. Come as you are. All are welcome. Reserve your spot here.
