In Rangeley, Maine
We know so many women with a paddle board in their garage who don’t use it as much as they want to. They bought it with intentions of using it all summer, but they are too busy or don’t have anyone to go with, or just aren’t really sure that they remember how to paddle or dress for a day out, or aren’t sure where exactly to go paddling. Does any of this sound familiar? Well we have good news for you! Come to the beginner paddleboard yoga retreat and bring your board and learn the skills to feel confident going out on the water!
Don’t have a paddleboard? No Problem! Rent one from us for the weekend and come try it out!
Learn to Stand-Up-Paddleboard (SUP) with talented guest teacher Ashley Flowers and enjoy the outdoors and deepen your yoga practice while surrounded by the beauty of the woods and water. Sit quietly by the water, laugh as you do yoga on your SUP board, breathe deeply during your yoga practice and enjoy the company of others on guided adventures through the rangeley region. Held in iconic Rangeley, Maine in the heart of the lakes & mountains.Click here for a SAMPLE RETREAT SCHEDULE.

"SUP Yoga improves balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness! Is it challenging? Yes! If you can stand on two feet, odds are you can stand on a paddle board! This is a great way to challenge yourself to try something new without having to worry about getting hurt. If you fall off, the water will catch you!" ~Ashley Flowers
Each day, we facilitate 2-3 yoga practices to take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body: an energizing morning practice, a mid-day practice and a restorative, relaxing evening practice.
