They bought it with intentions of using it all summer, but they are too busy or don’t have anyone to go with, or just aren’t really sure that they remember how to paddle or dress for a day out, or aren’t sure where exactly to go paddling. Learn to Stand-Up-Paddleboard (SUP) with talented guest teacher Ashley Flowers and enjoy the outdoors and deepen your yoga practice while surrounded by the beauty of the woods and water. Sit quietly by the water, laugh as you do yoga on your SUP board, breathe deeply during your yoga practice and enjoy the company of others on guided adventures through the rangeley region. Beginner SUP Yoga Retreat

Join us for a 2-night, 3-day retreat that combines adventures of the body (Stand-Up-Paddle-Boarding) with adventures of the soul (yoga twice a day, aromatherapy, meditation and relaxation). All levels welcome—come renew your spirit and reawaken your passion! Registration closes August 15.

Each day, we facilitate 2-3 yoga practices to take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body: an energizing morning practice, a mid-day practice and a restorative, relaxing evening practice.
