Sit quietly by the water, laugh your way through yoga on your paddleboard, breathe deeply, and enjoy the company of others on guided paddleboard adventures across Quimby Pond, in the heart of Maine's mountains and lakes region. Arrival between 5-6PM on Friday, departure on Sunday. Spend a weekend on this retreat combining adventures of the body (stand up paddleboarding) with time to nourish the heart through yoga, sound baths, and connection.
No paddleboard? No problem.
We provide boards, PFDs, and paddles, so you can bring your yourself and try it out.
Participants Will:
Leave feeling refreshed, renewed and re-grounded
Don’t need to be ‘outdoorsy’ or have a paddleboard
Only need to take a weekend off
Often come by themselves
Don't need to be 'yoga experts' or have done SUP yoga before
Please make sure you can comfortably stand up from a seated or kneeling position on the floor before registering for this retreat.
Why Sup Yoga?
"SUP Yoga improves balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness! Is it challenging? Yes! If you can stand on two feet, odds are you can stand on a paddleboard! This is a great way to challenge yourself to try something new without having to worry about getting hurt. If you fall off, the water will catch you!" ~Ashley Flowers, SUP instructor
What We Eat:
Three gourmet meals a day, hors d'oeuvres and tea and wine are served and included.
At this time we are able to accommodate vegetarians and wheat free dietary restrictions. If you have an allergy or dietary need outside of vegetarian or wheat-free please let us know and we will work with you to provide what we can and let you know what you may need to bring to supplement meals.
Where we Stay:
Red Quill Cabin sits in the heart of Rangeley, Maine. Think real beds, full bathroom, kitchen and woodstove to keep you cozy. The rooms are shared, two people per room. You don't have to rough it to go deep. This is classic Maine comfort. Nature is the container. The cabin is the refuge.
Arrival between 5-6PM on Friday, departure on Sunday.

“This was my first retreat. I had a wonderful time! I was very comfortable, the yoga on land was just what I needed to get me going or calm me down from the day. The water yoga so serene with the environment. The food was fantastic! The accommodations were comfortable, peaceful. I was so relaxed ! It was just what I needed!”
- Past Retreat Participant
“It is not always easy to find new ways to challenge my self in safe spaces with safe people, but Leah provides all of that and so much more. I felt encouraged, celebrated and safe to explore new things and move my body in new ways. I know that Leah will be there every step of that way helping me to overcome mental and physical barriers.”
