Join us for a 2-night, 3-day retreat that combines adventures of the body (snowshoeing) with adventures of the soul (yoga twice a day, journaling, meditation and relaxation). No snowshoe experience needed—come sit quietly by the fire or glide quietly through in the snowy woods, breathe deeply during your yoga practice surrounded by nature and enjoy the company of others on guided excursions.
