Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend exploring the woods and mountains on guided adventures, breath deeply while practicing yoga in nature, bask in aromatherapy all while enjoying the comfort of a bed at night in a classic Maine cabin and food by our own personal retreat chef.

When cabin fever hits, this is your weekend to gather in community, move your body and connect with nature.

Participants Will: 

  • Leave feeling refreshed, renewed and re-grounded

  • Don’t need to be ‘outdoorsy’ or own the ‘right’ gear

  • Only need to take a weekend off

  • Often come by themselves

  • Don't need to be 'yoga experts'

Join us for a 2-night, 3-day retreat that combines adventures of the body (snowshoeing) with adventures of the heart (yoga twice a day, meditation and relaxation). No snowshoe experience needed—enjoy the company of others around the wood stove, snowshoe through the glittering woods and fuel your inner fire with your yoga practice.

Where we Stay:

Red Quill Cabin sits in the heart of Rangeley, Maine. Think real beds, full bathroom, kitchen and woodstove to keep you cozy. The rooms are shared, two people per room. You don't have to rough it to go deep. This is classic Maine comfort. Nature is the container. The cabin is the refuge.

Cost: $1,000 Early Bird Price, $1,300 after Early Bird Ends. Registration closes approximately a month before retreat dates. A non-refundable $500 deposit is due at the time of registration.

  • Lead by a certified Maine Guide of 20+ years

  • Wilderness First Responder Certified Guide

$300 Yoga & Mindfulness Practices

  • Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath

  • Aromatherapy Wellness Sessions

Currently all participants are required to provide proof of an at home COVID negative test 48 hours before start date, regardless of vaccination status.
