Snowshoe & Yoga Retreat

February 2-4, 2024, Rangeley, ME

Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend exploring the woods and mountains on guided adventures, breath deeply while practicing yoga in nature, bask in aromatherapy all while enjoying the comfort of a bed at night in a classic Maine cabin and food by our own personal retreat chef.

Participants Will: 

  • Leave feeling refreshed, renewed and re-grounded

  • Don’t need to be ‘outdoorsy’ or own the ‘right’ gear

  • Only need to take a weekend off

  • Often come by themselves

  • Don't need to be 'yoga experts'

Just when cabin fever hits come to this retreat and enjoy the company of others around the wood stove, snowshoe through the glittering woods and fuel your inner fire with your yoga practice. Fuel Your inner fire

February 2-4 2024

Join us for a 2-night, 3-day retreat that combines adventures of the body (snowshoeing) with adventures of the heart (yoga twice a day, meditation and relaxation). No snowshoe experience needed—come sit quietly by the fire or glide quietly through in the snowy woods, breathe deeply during your yoga practice surrounded by nature and enjoy the company of others on guided excursions. Click here for a sample menu.

Cost: $575.00 before Dec 31. $675 after. Registration closes Jan 20.

What’s included:

  • 2 nights’ accommodation at Red Quill Cabin in Rangeley, Maine

  • 3 catered meals a day, & hors d'oeuvres by a personal chef

  • Daily guided yoga practice & mediation

  • Daily guided adventures (bring your own snowshoes or ask to borrow or rent.)

  • Aromatherapy Wellness Sessions

Currently all participants are required to provide proof of an at home COVID negative test 48 hours before start date, regardless of vaccination status.

Yoga practice promotes physical, mental and spiritual health. Emphasis is placed on developing strength, endurance, balance and alignment through awareness of the body’s sensations and the breath. The classes are appropriate for the novice and experienced practitioner.
