New to a class type? Here's a quick guide.
Aerial Yoga — Supported postures using soft silk hammocks. Gentle on the joints, playful, and open to beginners.
Mat Yoga — Grounded flow and stretch on the mat. A steady practice to build strength and ease.
Workshops & Events — Gather for a sound bath, energy healing, or seasonal offering. A variety of special sessions offered throughout the month.
