Retreat Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration to reserve your spot on a retreat. It is our intention for you to be able to safely and happily attend your Retreat. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances after you have made your remaining payment, you may receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, if you cancel one week (7 days) prior to the early bird special ending. Outside of this refund window, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into preparing for a retreat, no refunds will be provided. We do not offer exceptions for cancellations due to injury or illness, including covid outside of the refund window. If you are concerned about canceling due to illness we recommend you take precautions like wearing a face mask prior to your retreat to help prevent needing to cancel due to illness. Please do let us know if you need to cancel.

Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for the deposit at any time and we do not offer refunds for remaining payments made outside of the refund window. In the event that the retreat is canceled by Forever Wild Yoga LLC a full refund or credit will be issued to you.

Retreat Cancelling Due To Weather

If your retreat is canceled or rescheduled by us due to weather conditions you will have the option of receiving full credit toward any retreat of equal value within the next year or a refund minus the initial deposit. We generally do not cancel retreats due to weather. Experiencing the elements is part of the experience of an outdoor retreat and we will help you properly prepare for weather conditions. If you cancel due to weather our cancellation policy above applies. We suggest you leave time around the retreat start date to arrive the night before if you are traveling from afar and worried about driving conditions in the winter months. (If you arrive the night before your retreat start date you are responsible for finding your own accommodations.)

Training Cancellation Policy

It is our intention for you to be able to safely and happily attend your Training. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into preparing for a training, all training fees are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel you will have the option of applying the training fees toward a future Teacher Training within a year. The fees are only transferable to other trainings of equal or greater value and are not transferable to retreats or classes.

A deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the start of training.

Studio Cancelation Policy

Please cancel your class 12-hours prior to class starting or you will be charged for the class. If you are feeling sick or have an emergency prior to class please cancel your reservation and email us. We will waive class cancellation charges due to unforeseen illness.

Please cancel your class as soon as possible if you are unable to make it to class so that folks on the waiting list have an opportunity to sign up.

You may cancel your reserved spot in class by logging in to punchpass, clicking the class you signed up for and clicking ‘move or cancel reservation’.

Studio Winter Weather Policy: If local schools have a snowday the studio will also be closed so everyone can stay off the roads and stay safe. The schedule will show that the class is canceled and if you have signed up for the class you will also get an email notification. If the studio is closed or we cancel a class you will be refunded in full.

Online Program Cancellation Policy

It is our intention for you to be happy with your Program. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing the Program, and because the program is made available all at once, no refunds will be provided. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of the online Programs at any time.
