All purchases are final and non-transferable. Memberships, 10-class passes, and 5-class passes activate on the day of purchase, and pass expiration dates are firm. Passes purchased on sale or with a special discount may have different expiration dates.

Refund requests are rarely granted and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Forever Wild Yoga & Wellness. If a refund is approved for an unused portion of a 5 or 10 class pass, it will be calculated using the drop-in rate ($20/class) for classes attended, with a 9% processing fee applied to the refund amount.

Please cancel your class as soon as possible if you are unable to make it to class.

You may cancel your reserved spot in class by logging in to punchpass, clicking the class you signed up for and clicking ‘move or cancel reservation’.

A 12-hour cancellation notice is required or you will be charged for the class. If you are feeling sick prior to class please cancel your reservation and email us. We may waive cancellation charges due to unforeseen illness.

This is a recurring unlimited monthly class pass. You can cancel your recurring payment anytime through your account. Your pass will still be good for the remaining time on the pass.

These passes cannot be prorated.

Membership does not include workshops and members need to pay for workshops separately but get at 10% discount on workshops.

Family members can use a pass on your Class Pass Card. These cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

Workshop passes are sold separately from regular class passes and memberships.

Member can receive a 10% discount on workshops.

Students over 18 can purchase a class pass at a discounted student rate in person at the studio with a valid student ID. $16 drop-in and $130 monthly membership.
