Oct 24-25, 2026. In this immersive weekend, you'll learn how to guide bodies with presence, intention, and respect. Through hands-on practice, you'll discover corrective, supportive, and deepening assists for a range of poses, learning to read what each body needs in the moment. What we do physically, we also do energetically and emotionally, so we'll explore how to approach the body with grounded awareness, honor each student's unique journey, and create assists that feel safe, trauma-informed, and deeply supportive.
