On Guard

This is a great blend of oils that helps to physically and emotionally provide boundaries. Use 1-2 drops on the bottoms of feet or hands to boost the immune system and/or around the belly button with Tea Tree to create energetic boundaries for yourself, keeping out negativity and only letting in what serves you. Add a drop to 8 oz water to boost immune system.

Tea Tree
Emotionally this is the oil of boundaries – use one drop on base of spine and around belly button to release energetic hooks and create or maintain healthy boundaries.

Physically this oil helps with infections and is an antibacterial and is popular in medicine cabinets all over the world due to its antibacterial and antiseptic properties. Use on household surfaces, a drop on the skin or diffuse to cleanse the air.

Oregano
This is a ‘hot’ oil and people with sensitive skin often dilute or cut it with fractionated coconut oil when they apply it neat to their skin. Oregano is an antibacterial, antifungal and immune stimulant. Use one drop on bottoms of the feet with Tea Tree and On Guard in the morning and evening when you need an immune boost or feel a cold or flu coming on. Oregano is the oil of nonattachment and helps to remove energetic familial ‘hooks’ --use a drop on the solar plexus or crown of the head when you need help detaching from a negative familial interaction.

Lemon
Lemon is the oil of focus and can help provide clear direction and aid in focus. Use a drop on the crown of your head or diffuse 3-4 drops with 1 drop of peppermint or lavender in the diffuser to help aid in focus. Physically it is a powerful cleansing agent that purifies the air and surfaces, and can be used as a non-toxic cleaner throughout the home. Add a drop to 8 oz water and to support digestion and healthy respiratory function. Diffuse Lemon to help clean air pollutants.

Breathe
Breathe Blend helps opens the respiratory system and airways while minimizing the effects of seasonal threats. It can be applied topically to the chest, back, or bottom of feet, or diffused at nighttime to calm the senses and promote a restful sleep. Emotionally this blend also helps to release grief and pain, which is stored in the lungs.

Peppermint

Emotionally this is the oil of the buoyant heart and also helps relieve stress. Diffuse 1-2 drops of peppermint or apply on the wrist creases, tops of shoulders or across the chest to help reduce stress.  Physically this oil is also good for digestion, headaches, encouraging joyfulness and giving yourself a little boost of energy. Add a drop 8oz water to sip on and soothe an upset stomach or apply on the chest or back of neck to help keep you alert and awake or clear the air passages.

Lavender

Physically this oil calms the mind and assist with relaxation. Emotionally it is the oil of communication, helping you connect with your inner voice and speak from the heart to others and yourself. Use 1-2 drops on the throat, wrists and temples. Or diffuse 3-4 drops with 1 drop of peppermint or breathe blend.

Frankincense

This is a soothing and harmonizing oil. Emotionally this is the oil of truth and helps heal, sooth and harmonize the physical and energetic body. Use a drop of frankincense on your third eye or crown of the head. It is like refilling your cup with love and light. Physically this oil helps ward off germs and enhances the benefits of the other oils. It is very good for the skin and you can also apply this oil topically to reduce the appearance of skin imperfections, or ingest it to support healthy cellular function and help reduce inflammation.

DigestZen
This digestive blend is well known for its ability to aid in digestion, sooth occasional upset stomach, and maintain overall digestive health when taken internally. Packed with herbs and plants like ginger, fennel, and coriander, this blend is perfect for fighting back against motion sickness, food poisoning, or any stomach bug. Add a few drops to tea or water to sip on or apply directly to the stomach and wrists. Emotionally this oil helps us to digest and process the world around us.

Deep Blue
This soothing muscle blend is perfect for sore muscles. Mix a few drops with some carrier oil (like fractionated coconut oil), or apply it 'neat' and rub onto legs before bedtime or onto feet and knees before and after a long day at work. Use one-two drops on shoulders, low back, knees or anywhere you have sore muscles! This is a nice warming oil blend like tiger balm.

Diffuse 5-8 drops of anything you’d like in your diffuser (except deep blue).

One of my favorite ways to kick the cold or flu is to put a drop of On Guard, Tea Tree and Oregano on the bottoms of my feet up to three times a day. It's what I call 'the flu bomb' and is amazing! It will also help boost the immune system.

Put a drop of on guard or lemon essential oil on your sponge when you wipe the counters as an anti-microbial, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial.
