Gentle Yoga & Live Cello

Join us for this special self-care workshop where participants lay in restful postures and allow the soothing sounds of a live cello to wash over them. Invite your nervous system to slow down and enjoy live cello music by Ellen Sullivan while you are guided into gentle yoga poses by Melissa St. Pierre.

The yoga poses use props to support the body in restful postures to help restore the central nervous system. This is a nourishing experience that allows the body to fully relax. Sound waves of the live cello performance help to both nourish and energize the nervous system. They also help guide the mind and body into a state of relaxation. No experience necessary.
