Let yourself be supported in yoga postures by our aerial hammocks and essential oils that will support and nourish you. In this workshop we will use aerial hammocks and yoga poses to help support the nervous system, boost the immune system and find a deeper sense of balance and wellbeing.
This workshop will focus on using our silk hammocks to help lengthen muscles and decompressing the spine. We will use the aerial hammocks as support to help deepen the postures and support the body. This is a great introduction to aerial yoga and a fantastic way to explore yoga without adding strain to the joints. The hammocks will be lower to the ground for slow stretching and strengthening.
Essential oils will be used to help you find balance, feel rejuvenated and cared for.
