Leah Titcomb, Founder of Forever Wild Yoga, Certified Yoga Instructor, E-RYT 200, a Yoga Continuing Education Provider and Master Reiki Practitioner, loves the outdoors and grounds her yoga practice in elements of nature and aromatherapy. Watch her introduction video here. She first came to yoga looking for a way to stay flexible and strong, but soon found that there was more going on than the physical elements of the practice and began connecting with the spiritual practice as well. While practicing yoga she felt a similar sense of happiness as when she was in the wilderness and decided to combine her wilderness guiding expertise with yoga.

Leah is a Registered Maine Guide, Naturalist, and Educator who has been guiding professionally since 2003 throughout the US and abroad. She is medically trained as a certified Wilderness First Responder with twenty years of experience managing and running backcountry expeditions. She has led extended wilderness trips, taught natural history and led technical outdoor leadership trainings.

Her passion is being in nature while practicing yoga and identifying birds. She brings a sense of lighthearted playfulness to retreats and enjoys moments of still concentration as well as the ability to laugh at oneself.

Ashley Flowers, E-RYT 500, is a lover of life, the earth, and yoga. As a Maine-based yoga teacher, Ashley’s classes help get people in touch with the natural world. With a focus on mindful flow, Ashley enjoys teaching to students of all levels and offering an experience of greater joy and connection through a moving practice of meditation. Prior to teaching yoga, Ashley started her career in Environmental Education. She now combines her love of the earth with her desire for all beings to experience health and happiness into a yoga practice that cultivates respect, meditative movement, and proper alignment. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, in Ashley’s classes, you can expect to experience a deeper sense of joy and connection through this moving practice of meditation.
