wondering what we eat on a retreat?

All meals in Rangeley are lovingly prepared on site by Phia's: "Feel Better With Every Bite." Meals on the Allagash Canoe & Katahdin Hike Adventures are lovingly prepared by Leah, an expert backcountry cook. Any dietary needs are happily accommodated on all retreats!

Sample Dinners:

Sweet Potato and lemongrass curry with brown rice and massaged kale salad with mango. Chocolate Ricotta Moussee dessert.

Vegetarian chili, home made cornbread, roasted broccoli. Apple-blueberry crisp dessert.

Cauliflower Fontina GF Pasta bake, roasted vegetables, greek salad.

Sample Breakfasts:

Honeydew parfait with yogurt, granola and fresh fruit, home made banana bread, bacon/sausage. Coffee & Tea ready by dawn!

Broccoli cheddar quiche, fruit bowl, maple sausage. Coffee & Tea ready by dawn!

Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, cream cheese, scallion & dill, fruit bowl. Coffee & Tea ready by dawn!

Sample Lunches:

Pesto, mozerala, tomato, romaine basil balsamic drizzle, baguette sandwich, curried chickpea bean salad, granola bar, fruit, trail mix.

Veggie muffuletta, artichoke heart, cheese, roasted red pepper baguette sandwich, three bean rice salad, granola bar, fruit, trail mix.

Sample Hors d'oeuvres:

Cheese plate, fruit plate, assorted crackers, assorted nuts, wine.
