Sample Overnight Retreat Schedule


2-Night, 3-Day Retreats in Rangeley

Day 1: 

  • 5:00-6:00 PM Arrivals

  • 6:15 PM Welcome Dinner and Introduction

  • 8:00-8:30 PM Yoga/Pranayama 

Day 2: 

  • 7:30 AM- Breakfast

  • 8:30-10:00 AM - Morning Yoga

  • 10:30-3:00 Afternoon Adventure and Yoga (lunch on the trail)

  • 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Unstructured Time / Hors d’oeuvres

  • 5:00-6:00 Aromatherapy Wellness Session

  • 6:00 PM - Dinner

  • 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM - Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga

  • Social Hour / Relax

Day 3:

  • 7:30 AM- Breakfast Snacks

  • 8:00-9:30 Morning Yoga

  • 10:00-12:00 Brunch & Closing Circle

  • 12:00-1:00 Departures


Allagash Canoe 5-Day Adventure

Day Before: 10am carpool from Portland area to Pelletier's campground in St. Francis, ME. Meet at Pelletier's campground between 4-5pm at our group site for welcome & introductions and dinner.

Day 1: 

  • 6:30 AM shuttle from the campground to the put-in.

  • 10am Arrive at the river put-in

  • How to pack a boat, paddle strokes, paddle partners, canoe instruction

  • Canoe to the first campsite!

  • 6:00PM Dinner

  • 7:30 PM yoga/mediation

Day 2/3/4: 

  • 7:30 AM- Breakfast

  • 8:30-10:00 AM - Morning Yoga

  • 10:30-3:30 Canoe (lunch on the river)

  • 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Unstructured Time / Hors d’oeuvres

  • 6:00 PM - Dinner

  • 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM - Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga

  • Social Hour / Bonfire / Relax

Day 5:

  • 7:30 AM- Breakfast Snacks

  • 8:00-9:00 Morning Yoga

  • 9:00-11:00 Canoe

  • 11:00 Brunch & Closing Circle, 

  • 12:00 paddle the final few miles & depart from the River

  • 6pm (ish) arrival in Portland area


Katahdin Hike 3-Day Adventure

Day 1: 

  • 6:00am Carpool from Southern Maine

  • 10am arrival at Baxter State Park

  • 10-11 Welcome & Introductions, pre-hike yoga, distribute group gear & lunches

  • Hike to Chimney Pond, Lunch on the trail

Day 2: 

  • 6:00 AM- Breakfast

  • 6:45-7:30 AM - Morning Yoga

  • 7:30-Pack day-bags

  • 7:45am Hit the trail! (lunch on the trail)

  • 3-4 PM - Back at Chimney Pond for Unstructured Time / Hors d’oeuvres

  • 6:00 PM - Dinner

  • 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga

Day 3:

  • 7:30 AM- Breakfast

  • 8:30-9:30 AM - Morning Yoga 

  • 10:00 AM- pack up

  • Hit the trail and hike back to the cars (lunch on the trail)

  • Closing circle

  • 2-3PM Departures from Baxter State Park

  • 6pm (ish) arrive in Portland area
