This Aerial Yin Yoga teacher training will provide you with the tools to safely and confidently instruct and share the benefits of Aerial Yin Yoga. Aerial Yin Yoga is taught with the hammocks lower to the ground and with the use of other props. Poses are broken down into digestible steps including modifications and considerations.
Our training emphasizes safety and fun with clear, concise cueing and sequencing. During the weekend students will also have time to practice teaching to their classmates. Students are asked to observe public Aerial Yin classes at the studio and create an Aerial Yin Yoga sequence to teach to classmates.
