Join us for a 2-night, 3-day retreat that combines adventures of the body (guided outdoor adventures in Western Maine) with adventures of the soul (yoga twice a day, aromatherapy, meditation and relaxation). All levels welcome—come renew your spirit and reawaken your passion! Registration closes September 21st.
Each day, we facilitate 2-3 yoga practices to take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body: an energizing morning practice, a mid-day practice and a restorative, relaxing evening practice.
