HOw DOes it work?

Contract Forever Wild Yoga to come to your workplace and offer a yoga class for your employees as part of the health benefits you offer! The class is a one-hour all levels vinyasa class held at your company. We would work together to arrange a time that best suited you, most likely in the morning an hour before it opened on the same day of the week each week. The yoga instructor (Leah) arrives about 30 minutes early to set up and create an open space to practice in your business and stays for about 15-30 minutes after class to pick up. 

We typically start by contracting an eight-week session with you, one class per week, $75/class, flat rate-fee charged to the company. Employees bring their own mats. (We have a few extra to bring but not enough for everyone.)
