Day-Long Yoga Retreats
Day-long outdoor yoga retreats generally begin at 9am and end at 4pm. Locations vary throughout the state of Maine depending on the activity. They include high-quality yoga classes, lunch, and exploratory adventures through natural wonders. You will leave the day of adventure and yoga feeling refreshed, renewed, and invigorated.
Yoga practice promotes physical, mental and spiritual health. Emphasis is placed on developing strength, endurance, balance and alignment through awareness of the body’s sensations and the breath. The classes are appropriate for the novice and experienced practitioner.
